While Covid 19 has given some tough time to individuals and Business, it has provided some extra time to everyone. As the saying goes “This Too Shall Pass” but use this extra time to come out stronger at the other side. There are few things you can do to come out as a winner:

  1. Health : Dedicate some time for your physical & mental health. Take care of your physical health- Exercise regularly. Take care of your mental health. Try Yoga & meditation if you have never tried it before. Exercise & meditation promotes good hormones in the brain that improve your mood and make you more relaxed.
  2. Introspect: Make a plan to come out stronger than before. Spend time with yourself, reflect on your life, know yourself better than before.
  3. Learn new skills: Now you have enough time in hand apart from doing regular chores. Learn something new which can boost your career. Get prepared, when the economic engine starts again you should be on the top of the list of your employer or your clients.
  4. Sharpen Existing Skills: Take up online courses to sharpen your professional skills. There are various online classes you can take up and sharpen your existing skills at the comfort of your home. You can choose from a plethora of courses which are available on online platforms.
  5. Make Your Budget: Congratulations if you already have budget planned! If not, it would be a wise idea to make a budget while you have time. Covid 19 has affected all markets and you may be concerned about your money or cash flow. Savings take time, thus you might want to build some cash flow which will prepare for these uncertain times. Few more things you can do while in quarantine. Stay in touch with your friends & family. Say hello to those whom you have not called in a while. Help your community when and wherever you can. Do not forget to relax! Stay Safe! Stay Healthy!
